All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason:

- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund within the first 14 days after receiving the product, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, you may return it before order completion, including the return shipping fee. Or, you can choose to keep the product and try to agree a minor refund amount with us.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control.
- You can submit delivery refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired, and you can submit warranty refund requests within 2 months after you detected an error on the product.
You can apply for a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or a message on our Contact Us page, including info about your purchase link on our webshop, the date of purchase, your order number and a detailed description of your complain.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
If the product you purchased under this guarantee is confirmed to be counterfeit, you will get a full refund. Not all products come with this guarantee, so you can only approve for a Guaranteed Genuine refund under the following circumstances:
- The product you purchased must be labelled as Guaranteed Genuine.
- You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after you received your order.
- You will be asked to submit as much evidence as you can to prove that the product you purchased is counterfeit.
