1) Ring Re-size: please specify any size between size 5 to 9. A surcharge of $10 will be added.
2) Design Modification: All semi-mountings can be modify to fit a specific size/shape center stone. Please send me the size/shape you are looking for and I will be glad to give you a quote. Note all design modification will require an extra week to finish.
3) Diamond & Metal Upgrade: All diamonds used in the settings can be upgraded to full cut, VS/VVS clarity. Metal upgrade to 18K White/Yellow/Rose gold is also available upon request. We also offer two-toned design for most settings. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in this service.
4) Design Reproduction: If you want a design that is not currently available in my store, I will be happy to work with you to reproduce it. We guarantee the craftsmanship will be equal to all items you see in our store.
5) Mounting Services: We offer free mounting services for all items bought in my store. Please contact me to arrange safe shipping of your gem stone. My jeweler has over 10 years of experience in handling gem stones.
Shipping to USA, CA, AU, EURO is free via Express Mail Service (EMS), and usually takes 5-7days since dispatch to reach most destinations.
If you need the item sooner, we can ship via FEDEX. Extra shipping charge will apply.
We offer 30-day Money Back for all products sold. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will issue full refund minus cost of shipping item to you. We do NOT charge a restocking fee! All following conditions must be met in order for you to receive the full refund:
- Item must be in its original condition showing no signs of wear, damage, or alternation.
- All original accessories shipped must be returned.
- In case of defects found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return. No refund is given if defect is caused by misuse of buyers.
- Item returned must be shipped within 30 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it to us. Return shipping methods by priority mail or register mail,
No Fedex.UPS. Customs declaration less than $20 as value. If not, the buyer should be responsible for any issue.
- If you are returning a customized item (resizing, design modification, or design reproduction), a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of AliPluging Beta (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
